VAPEXPERIENCE is not responsible for the change of place of reception of the package without a previous justification.
VAPEXPERIENCE may ask you for extra information or provide you with the customs platform of your country for the processing of your shipment, if you do not comply with the times set by your customs and the package is returned, VAPEXPERIENCE will not bear the cost of reshipment.
VAPEXPERIENCE will not be responsible for any possible problems in the customs processing, it is your duty and responsibility to know the current customs legislation of your residential area and its possible changes or implications in your order.
It is your duty and responsibility to be aware of the customs legislation in force in your area of residence and any possible changes or implications of your order. You should also remain attentive to your contact form, as any error, complication or request will be communicated to you from the corresponding management in the stipulated manner.
If your delivery is prohibited and you have not complied with the legislation, VAPEXPERIENCE will not reimburse or change the delivery, and will be responsible for the costs incurred by the same.
Likewise, if your delivery is pending of extra information in a customs procedure, VAPEXPERIENCE will not be able to know the status of the procedure nor take charge of it, since it is the duty and obligation of the final receiver to provide his local agency with the requested documents.
VAPEXPERIENCE will not collect international taxes and duties, so it is your duty, should the order require it, to comply with these fees.
